Over the past 20 years at CASI, I have progressed from a fitter’s mate to my current role as Operations Director. Having already gained experience in the industry, I was able to quickly develop my skills and advance through a range of positions, including Fitter, Installation Manager, and Senior Projects Manager.
Throughout my career, I have achieved various industry accreditations, and I currently hold the SMSTS qualification. In my present role as Ops Director, I also oversee the installation side of the business, which includes scheduling and programming multiple projects, as well as managing installation teams to ensure all work is delivered to the high standards expected by both the company and our clients.
